I am a psychotherapist offering individual sessions both online and in the cosy clinic in Grønnegade at Copenhagen city center. Since 2016, I have worked with clients from diverse backgrounds, and I am pleased to offer therapy in both Danish and English.

My approach is integrative and holistic, rooted in the belief that true healing involves the mind, body, emotions, relationships, and spirit. I see each person as a unique whole, never just a set of symptoms. Together, we explore the interconnectedness of your experiences, values, and aspirations, drawing from both evidence-based principles and spiritual perspectives to support your growth.

In our sessions, you will find a compassionate and non-judgmental space to reflect on fears, patterns, relationships, or spiritual questions. Whatever stands in the way of your fulfillment. My work is informed by classical psychological training, spiritual practices, pragmatic philosophers, and a deep respect for your individual journey.

My goal is not only to help you resolve challenges, but to support you in expanding your awareness and living with greater freedom, purpose, meaningful connections. I believe in your capacity for change and the vast possibilities of what life can be.
