Educational psychotherapy

Is for aspiring psychotherapists following an educational program. Here you integrate the theory based on your personal journey of healing past trauma and overcoming present challenges. I will support you to cover all the required topics, theoretical models, and support you in writing your life story and therapy assignment.

As a psychotherapy, I see it as my mission to create a holistic approach to psychotherapy that takes into account the mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of our lives. My treatment approach combines evidence-based methods with spiritual practices, allowing space to explore deeper levels of consciousness and connection.
